Wellington

The Wellington Lake is now closed as it is being used solely for irrigation again, due to the current drought.

The lake covers 16 acres of which 5 acres are woodland, and is about 40 years old and was stocked with Bream, Tench andCarp in 1995. The best fish so far is a Common Carp at 35 1/2lb. We may open it again in the future subject climate!
